SimpTube maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the upload, distribution, or storage of illegal content. Specifically, the upload of any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors (under the age of 18) in a suggestive or pornographic manner is strictly prohibited.

2. AI-Driven Monitoring & Manual Review

To ensure a safe environment, we employ advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) scanning tools and manual moderation to inspect uploaded media.

• Proactive Scanning: Our systems are designed to detect and flag potential violations in real-time.
• Limitation of Liability: While we strive for 100% detection accuracy, users acknowledge that no automated system is perfect. The platform acts as a service provider (under DMCA and Section 230 protections). If prohibited content bypasses our filters, it does not imply consent or negligence. We commit to removing such content immediately upon discovery or report.

3. Consequences of Violation

Any user found attempting to upload prohibited content will face the following actions:

• Immediate Ban: Permanent suspension of the account and all associated data.
• IP Blacklisting: Permanent block of the user's IP address and device fingerprint.
• Legal Referral: We reserve the right and the legal obligation to report such activities to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI.

4. Disclaimer & User Responsibility

The platform is intended for legal, adult-oriented content (where applicable) or general media sharing. Users are solely responsible for the legality of the content they upload. By using this platform, you agree to indemnify SimpTube against any legal claims arising from your breach of these terms.

By uploading any content to SimpTube, you represent and warrant that:

• The content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

5. DMCA Takedown Policy

If you believe your copyrighted material has been uploaded without authorization, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. We will respond to all valid notices within 24–72 hours and remove infringing content promptly.
